REFUND POLICIES

CONDITIONS

Denim Grey team is constantly investing in policies so that our customers are always satisfied. You can request a refund for a product under the following conditions:

1. The product has been damaged in any way.
2. The product arrived wrong or inconsistent with what was ordered

IMPORTANT: REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE REQUESTED WITHIN 3 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER THE PRODUCT ARRIVAL

WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST A REFUND

Send an email to support@denimgrey.com or @denimgrey_ and let us know:
Product name;
Order number;
Email registered upon purchase;
Reason for exchange or return;
IMAGE OR VIDEO PROVING THE DEFECT, IF ANY.

The following conditions must be observed:
The product must be without promises of use or consumption, that is, in the form in which it was received;

IMPORTANT: We do not accept shipments if the conditions above are not respected.

Once all issues regarding the product refund request have been confirmed, we will inform you of the following steps and then discuss the conditions in parallel.

1.Refunds cannot be requested if the product was purchased in error
